Our experience covers from 4” to 16” pipes. Water accumulation can be cured in a number of ways: Basins with solid pvc drainpipe. Black corrugated drainpipe is not encouraged. We use black pipe only for difficult bends in the drainpipe. Basins with perforated pipe, drainage rock, and fabric, - also known as a French Drain
Repair of broken drainpipe, pvc or black. Unclog a drain blocked by debris. Connections to downspouts Sump pumps when a downward slope is not available. Requires electricity. Contour the land either by removal or addition of soil. Vegetation – mainly sod.

Grading
An improper grade can cause frustration and require costly remedy. We don’t use skid steers or other
heavy equipment. We use manual labor. Don’t let someone sell you grading when drainage is the
solution, or vice versa. If trash removal is required, we will fill up the dump trailer and take it to the landfill.
